Payment Options

  • we accept cash, card, eft, and online payment.

  • Any service already rendered is non-refundable.

  • Any gift card purchased is non-refundable.

  • Any promotional material must be paid in full during the deposit process.

  • Payment for Tattoos/Piercings will be made at the end of the session.

  • Tipping your artist is not mandatory but greatly appreciated.

  • Deposits must be made to secure your appointment.

  • Deposit Procedure:

    • Deposits must be made through online payment or instant payment EFT.

    • POP must be provided for us to secure your appointment.

    • Accepted refunds on deposits will be charged a 5% penalty.

    • Deposits will be forfeited in full in the following cases:

      • ​You do not arrive for your appointment.

      • You cancel or reschedule your appointment without a minimum of 48 hours notice.

      • You arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment.

      • You fail to reschedule your appointment within 3 week after the date of cancellation.

      • You reschedule the same appointment more than once times.
