The Perfect guideline for you to follow before your tattoo/piercing appointment

  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Any arrival later than 15 minutes will result in the cancellation of your session.

  • Skin Care: Please ensure you arrive with well moisturized skin as it makes it more supple and easier for the needle to work with. Well-moisturized skin also promotes better ink absorption and can reduce irritation, allowing for a smoother tattoo process and better healing afterward.

  • Hygiene: Arriving clean for your tattoo appointment helps ensure a hygienic environment, reduces the risk of infection, and allows the artist to work on fresh, healthy skin. Clean skin also helps the tattoo heal better and faster, ensuring the best possible outcome for your tattoo.

  • Booking Deposits: A booking deposit of 50%–100% is required at least 1 day prior to your appointment to secure your slot. Remaining balances can be paid in cash or by card on-site. Please note that card payments will incur a 5% processing fee. Be sure to provide proof of payment for your deposit.

  • Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted up to 15 days before your appointment, with your deposit refunded minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made within 15 days will forfeit the deposit.

  • Design Changes: Any changes to the design, including color or size, must be communicated at least 1 day before your appointment. Design alterations made on-site will incur additional charges.

  • Alcohol Consumption: Please refrain from consuming alcohol at least 48 hours before and after your appointment, as it can affect the quality of your tattoo and the healing process.

  • Numbing Cream: Numbing cream is not recommended prior to your session. If deemed necessary, your artist will apply only studio-approved numbing products during the appointment.

  • Accompaniment Policy: For your comfort and the safety of our workspace, please bring no more than one accompanying person. Any additional guests will need to wait outside due to limited space.

  • Children and Pets: For the focus and safety of both clients and staff, children and pets are not permitted in the studio.

  • Consent Forms and ID: Consent forms are mandatory for all appointments. Please ensure you have valid ID (e.g., driver’s license) available for verification.
